Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Packaging & Discretion
We understand the importance of privacy when ordering online. All orders are packaged discreetly, without branding or contents listed on the exterior. Inside, products are securely protected inside a hard plastic vial to prevent them from being crushed and then sealed inside an airtight mylar bag to keep them fresh.

Returns & Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you experience any issues during delivery, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and we will be happy to assist.
For hygienic, viability, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened.
Should your parcel not arrive within the expected timeframe, our team will work with USPS to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement where appropriate.
