If you no longer want your order, please contact us immediately using the contact form to let us know you’d like to cancel and return your items. We’ll provide full instructions on how to return them to us.
Please note that we can only accept returns for items that are still sealed in their original packaging.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll cancel it immediately.

Orders within the USA typically take 3–5 working days to arrive. During peak times such as Christmas or Black Friday, delivery may take slightly longer.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 5 working days, please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to help locate your shipment.

We ship all orders from our New York office using a USPS tracked service. Normal delivery times are 2–5 working days, though this may extend to 7 working days during busy periods.
