Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund promptly.

Shipping & Damaged Goods
We take care to ensure that all products are packaged securely and arrive in excellent condition. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
To be eligible for assistance or replacement, customers must report any issues within 7 days of receipt.
When reporting a damaged shipment, please provide:
- Photos of product and packaging
- Photos of shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
